Summer at the library

You might be wondering: what do librarians at Sullivan Library DO all summer, anyway? The librarians are employed for a full 12 months, giving you access to the academic resources all year round.

In addition, there are summer classes in session across many of Dominican College’s programs, for which some library instruction sessions have already been held.

The librarians are working hard on determining what books to purchase for the Fall. We are looking at ways to improve the services we offer — including new (and dare one say exciting) adventures into new areas such as Blackboard. We are also working on providing more study space for students, both for individuals and for group collaboration.

2011-2012 will be a year to remember
